Paul Goldsmith
President // creative coach
Paul’s media career began in Chicago and has spanned the country from West Palm Beach,FL to Sacramento,CA. During his time as Program Director for Air1 radio, the network grew from 900,000 weekly listeners to over 5 million in markets including Dallas, Houston, Seattle, Phoenix, Portland, Orange County & Riverside, CA.
Before launching Goldsmith Media Group, Paul served as Vice President of Marketing for CURE International, providing strategic direction to key areas of marketing: radio, digital, donor cultivation, events, artist relations, mass communication, and public relations. coach creatives to create their best, most compelling work to inspire others. He is also Co-Founder of Vidare Creative, a nonprofit fundraising agency.

Lisa Williams

Lisa has been a student of how to create compelling radio for almost 30 years. She has worked with extraordinary program directors, coaches, consultants, and colleagues creating specific strategies and tactics that, when implemented, empower air-talent to thrive and shine.
In Orlando, Lisa was part of the remarkable team that grew Z88.3 to #1. She was honored to be a part of the national K-LOVE team for almost 4 years, building a morning show while the show transitioned from Sacramento to Indianapolis. Now Lisa hosts a daily syndicated show for Christian music stations heard in 14 states. Lisa’s full bio is here.

Amy Alexander
Marketing Consultant // Project Manager
Amy is a results-driven marketing consultant with 15+ years of demonstrated expertise in strategic media planning, buying and contract negotiations. She is passionate about helping clients reach the masses using a variety of advertising options (digital, TV, radio, outdoor, print, conferences, bloggers, etc.) while always delivering on or under budget. An expert in building strategic partnerships, she brings a track record of negotiating corporate contracts that drive substantial value with proven success. Amy is dedicated to aligning with clients to help achieve goals together.

Nathan McInturf
Graphic Designer // Photographer
Nathan is a California-raised graphic designer and photographer who is passionate about telling the stories of non-profits and organizations. He’s served as a designer to both K-LOVE and Air1 radio networks for over 11 years. Most recently he’s served as Art Director for Air1 Radio, and helped to launch a successful rebrand of the network in 2013. Nathan also serves as the U.S. Director for Yaaka Afrika, a U.S. based non-profit that provides hope through education to children in Uganda, Africa.
Nathan’s strengths in creative storytelling include branding and identity design, photography, mobile app, user interface and web design.
